Microsoft Issues Warning For Windows 10 Creators Update

Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 Creators Update was made available earlier this month, but we’re starting to see problems already. It has reached the point where Microsoft themselves have issued a warning against updating your operating system. What’s the fuss, you may ask? Well, older systems might not be able to handle the new Creators Update and there are some stability issues, as per the company’s claims.

John Cable, the Director of Program Management at Microsoft has warned Windows users against manual installation of Creators Update on their computers in a blog post. Instead he has urged them to wait patiently till it’s automatically available for download on the system, as the Creators Update is currently being rolled out gradually. Microsoft found that several users have been facing issues with certain Bluetooth LE devices. As a result, they’ve stopped pushing automatic updates to computers carrying that particular hardware for now.

Microsoft Issues Warning For Windows 10 Creators Update

If you don’t install manual updates and rather wait for automatic updates, then this shouldn’t be something that you need to worry about at all. Unless you’re an expert in dealing with situations like this, you shouldn’t proceed with manual installation as requested by Microsoft. Well, it’s a bummer, as the Creators Update brings a lot of features to the already fine-tuned Windows 10 Operating System. However, Microsoft has been known to handle situations like this very well. So, this issue will be long forgotten once it gets fixed.
