How to Obtain the Baby Nessie Companion in Fisch
To get the Baby Nessie Companion in Fisch, you need to complete a bunch of quests from the Headless Horseman. You can find him outside a chapel located in Caustic Hallow. Talk to him, and he will give you these quests:
The Rescue Run
The first quest is called the Rescue Run. Your goal is simple: you need to head inside the chapel and rescue Baby Nessie. Follow these steps to complete it:
- Enter the Chapel and look for Baby Nessie.
- Pick up the companion and wait for the flicking lights to get stable.
- If you move while the lights are flickering, you will be teleported outside.
- Carry Baby Nessie out of the Chapel and return to the Headless Horseman.
Once you complete the quest, the Headless Horseman will reward you with three Frightful Caskets and 500 Treats in Fisch. Talk to him again to start the next quest.
Stabilizing the Chapel
The second quest is stabilizing the chapel. This time, you need to catch five FischFright-mutated fish in a row during the Chapel’s flicker. Follow these steps:
- Talk to the Headless Horseman to start the quest.
- Head inside the chapel and start fishing.
- Catch five FischFright-mutated fish in a row during the flicker.
- Return to the Headless Horseman.
Tip: You can use the new FischFright 3 Relics to boost your chances with this task.
The tricky part is catching a mutated fish during the flicker, as the window is short. However, if a fish does not have one of the new FischFright mutations, you can let it go. This won’t affect your streak.
After completing the quest, talk to the Headless Horseman, and he will reward you with five Frightful Caskets and 825 Treats. He will then move inside the chapel.
Nessie Expertise
For the final quest, Headless Horseman will ask you to prove your knowledge of Nessie before he trusts you with Baby Nessie. You need to show him a Plush Nessie, a Zombie Nessie, and a Ghoul Nessie.

Baby Nessie Companion Ability in Fisch
Baby Nessie can help you catch fish by increasing progress speed and giving you a chance to apply special mutations. It also grants up to 25% additional progress speed, depending on the fish’s resilience and size.
