However, you do not have to watch the trailer at 0.5x speed to spot them since in this article, I bring you the top 6 easter eggs and details that you might have missed in the new Deadpool 3 trailer!

1. Azazel and Lady Deathstrike

In the trailer, for a few seconds, you get to see Azazel the villainous mutant played by Jason Flemyng in The X-Men: First Class as an antagonist. We also get to see Lady Deathstrike, another villainous mutant we saw in X2 played by Kelly Hu who possesses adamantium claws. They did not reappear in any of the X-Men movies after their one-time appearance and now if this Deadpool and Wolverine trailer easter egg is true, it seems, after due time they both are making a comeback to the big screen as in Deadpool 3. This comes as an unexpected cameo in Deadpool and Wolverine movie.

2. Liefeld’s Just Feet

This easter egg in the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer is worth a chef’s kiss and truly shows us how much detail is being put into the upcoming movie. Liefeld’s Just Feet is a joke about the famous comic-book writer Rob Liefeld who has a bad rep for not being able to draw feet correctly in comics and oftentimes giving characters a right foot in both legs or a left foot in both legs. This joke is hilarious and the placement of it could not be funnier. Clever one Marvel!

3. Red Skull’s Car

I doubt that anyone who is reading this article has not watched Captain America: The First Avenger. In that movie, Red Skull drives an absolutely badass car which has somehow made its way in Deadpool and Wolverine. I tried a lot to think how this car made its way into a Deadpool movie but failed to think of one. Do you guys have a theory? Let me know in the comments!

4. Ant-Man’s Skull

This easter egg in the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer kinda gave me the creeps. In this scene, you get to see a huge Ant-Man helmet and as it opens up we see a huge skull that is being used as a fortress by Cassandra Nova. So, I guess that in this universe, the Avengers are dead? Well, we can’t say anything for sure about the other Avengers but Ant-Man certainly is dead in this universe.

5. Alioth

Another easter egg taking us back to the Loki series brought us Alioth, the huge cloud monster that terrorized The Void and consumed anything that made its way there. This gives rise to the possibility that some part of Deadpool and Wolverine might take place in The Void. In the previous trailer as well we got to see a deserted landscape which appeared in this trailer too. So, the possibility of that happening is quite high. However, let’s wait and see what awaits us on July 26, 2024.

6. X-Men’s Graves

One of the biggest details that some of you might have missed is what these huge rocks where we see Wolverine walk by. Well, these huge rocks are the graves of all the fallen X-Men. In the comic run of Days of Future Past. Uncanny X-Men #141, we got to see the death of some of the fan-favorite X-Men, and their graves were made like this to honor them. Maybe when Mr. Paradox said that this Wolverine could not save his world, he was talking about this very timeline.
