The game today almost pushed me over the edge. It started off rather SALTY as well, but I got a Y from that, albeit in the wrong position. Next, I used DINER, my favorite other Wordle starting word, and it gave me I and N, which were not in the correct positions either. POUCH was a bit of a letdown today and it didn’t lead to anything.
At this point, I was too yellow to try anything dumb and give a chance to an undeserving word. So, after stressing out the veins on my forehead for what seemed like an eternity, I tried YOUNG and that gave me N and G in the green. However, it still did take me quite some time to come across VYING.
