Where to Find Sailor Piece Ancient Fragments Locations
In Sailor Piece, there are 20 ancient fragment locations set, but only two spawn at once in any of the random spots. Moreover, the ancient fragments spawn every 1 minutes and 30 seconds and despawn after 5 minutes. You can use the Sailor Piece map portals to reach the islands quickly to collect the fragments.

Once you collect two ancient fragments in Sailor Piece, you can proceed to unlock Sea 2. But to start collecting the fragments, you must talk to the Sea Traveler NPC in the World Island. This starts the Sea 2 quest.
