Every Strands game has that one Spangram that you need to decipher and today’s was no exception. The hint for today’s Spangram is – “Musicians specializing in music of the south”.

If you have scrolled this far, you are probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s theme words in Strands:

Being a huge John Mayer fan, I instantly knew what the theme suggested. For those unaware, Nashville is basically a country music-capital at this point. The country music lover in me instantly found BROOKS, as in Garth Brooks, in the top left. On the opposite side, I found TWAIN, as in Shania Twain.
Right under, I found Taylor Swift’s SWIFT and underneath it, URBAN from Keith Urban. At the bottom, there was CASH for Johnny Cash. Above it, I found HILL, as in Faith Hill. Right in the middle, I found COUNTRYSTARS as the vertical Spangram for the day. And, the last couple of grids gave me PAISLEY, as in Brad Paisley.
You have probably of course heard Taylor Swift, but I’d definitely recommend checking out the other artists too. Love love love the Strands today!
