To win (or survive) in Roblox Keep the Door Locked, players must identify the Anomalies properly. With timely identification, players may lock doors, hide under beds, or perform specific actions to stay away from harm.
List of All Keep the Door Locked Anomalies
There are currently 20 Anomalies to watch for, including several that can be identified through the security camera and others that appear inside your room. While you can use Keep the Door Locked codes to get some freebies, only the correct knowledge will save you a respawn.
With that being said, here is the full list of Anomalies in Keep the Door Locked:
Anomaly How to Identify What to Do Transluscent Guest The guest appears see-through on the security camera. Lock the door. Doppelganger A copy of the visitor appears slumped against the wall beside them. Lock the door. Dead Doppelganger A dead version of the visitor appears in the hallway near the stairs. Lock the door. Window Seeker Hear moans, knocks, scuffling, or scratching from outside the window. Open the curtains and look at it. Door Breaker A gaunt white creature runs to the door and starts breaking in. Hide under the bed until it leaves. Spiders Spiders with large egg sacs appear on the ceiling. Avoid standing underneath them when they explode. Shadow Man A shadowy figure appears in the corner of your room. Shine your flashlight at it until it disappears. Knife Killer A man carrying a knife appears at the door. Turn off the light before sleeping. Silent Lady A tall, gaunt woman silently stares at you from the door. Look at her through the security cameras. Vent Ghost A dishevelled man drops from the vent and crawls around your room. Stand on the bed until he leaves. The Darkness A pair of hands covers your eyes and transports you to a dark void. Follow the lights until you reach the exit. Bathroom Monster A monster lives in the bathroom and attacks if you sleep alone. Have at least one innocent resident sleep in your room. The cake is a lie A lone piece of cake appears on a trolley outside the door. Open the door and eat it to recover Sanity. Hacked laptop A message says your laptop has been hacked and blocks the cameras. Pay $300 to decode the laptop. Spasming limbs A visitor arrives with limbs that violently spasm and flail. Lock the door. Long limbs A visitor has unusually long arms. Lock the door. Neck Craner A visitor arrives with their neck bent backward while staring at the ceiling. Lock the door. Room Hider A figure appears hidden somewhere inside your room. Look at it to trigger the jumpscare and make it leave. Headbanger A visitor repeatedly smashes their head against the door. Complete the quick time event. Roach King A giant cockroach appears when you have pizza and asks for some. Let it in and sacrifice five slices of pizza.
Transluscent Guest
The Transluscent Guest looks like an ordinary visitor at first, but the security camera reveals that their body is see through. This visual difference is the key clue, so check the hallway camera before opening the door and lock it when you spot the Anomaly.
Doppelganger
The Doppelganger can be identified by looking for a second version of the visitor in the hallway. The copy appears slumped against the wall beside the real guest, making the security camera the safest way to spot it before opening the door.
Dead Doppelganger
The Dead Doppelganger has an even more disturbing visual clue, as a dead version of the visitor appears in the hallway. Check beside the stairs for the body on the security camera, then lock the door if you see it.
Window Seeker
The Window Seeker is identified through sounds coming from outside the hotel window, including moans, knocks, scuffling, and scratching. Open the curtains and look at the creature to force it back to its first phase, then repeat this whenever it returns.
Door Breaker
The Door Breaker is a gaunt white creature that runs toward your door while panting before attempting to force its way inside. When the game tells you to hide, get underneath the bed and wait until the creature leaves.
Spiders
Spiders can be spotted crawling across the ceiling with giant egg sacs attached to their backs. They eventually make a noise and explode, so pay attention to where they are and move away from the area underneath them to avoid taking Sanity damage.
Shadow Man
The Shadow Man appears as an ominous figure standing in a corner of your room and watching you. When you spot the dark figure, turn on your flashlight and point it at him until he disappears.
Knife Killer
The Knife Killer appears at the door carrying a knife and later creates a threat while you are preparing to sleep. If he appears that day, turn off the light before going to bed to prevent him from entering your room.
Silent Lady
The Silent Lady is a tall, gaunt woman who appears at the door and silently stares at you. Use the security cameras to look at her, which triggers a jumpscare and removes the threat.
Vent Ghost
The Vent Ghost appears when a dishevelled man drops from the vent and crawls around your room. Stand on the bed and wait for him to crawl back into the vent before continuing with your night.
The Darkness
The Darkness begins when a pair of hands covers your eyes and transports you into an endless void. Follow the lights ahead of you until you reach the doorway that returns you to the real world.
Bathroom Monster
The Bathroom Monster lives inside the bathroom and can attack you while you sleep. Make sure at least one non Anomaly resident is sleeping in your room before you go to bed to prevent the attack.
The cake is a lie
This is one of the most different Anomalies in Keep the Door Locked because the cake itself is not dangerous. If you spot a lone piece of cake sitting on a trolley outside your door, open the door to eat it and recover Sanity.
Hacked laptop
The Hacked laptop prevents you from accessing the security cameras by displaying a message saying the device has been hacked. You need to pay $300 to decode the laptop and regain access to the cameras.
Spasming limbs
Spasming limbs is easy to recognize when a visitor arrives with their arms and legs flailing uncontrollably. The unusual movement is the giveaway, so lock the door rather than allowing this visitor inside.
Long limbs
Long limbs is identified through the visitor’s unusually extended arms. Check the security camera for the abnormal body shape, then lock the door when you confirm the Anomaly.
Neck Craner
The Neck Craner arrives with its neck bent backward while staring toward the ceiling. This unnatural pose makes the visitor easy to distinguish through the camera, and you should lock the door when you spot it.
Room Hider
The Room Hider appears somewhere inside your room rather than waiting outside the door. Look around carefully for the hidden figure, then look directly at it to trigger a jumpscare and make it leave.
Headbanger
The Headbanger can be recognized when a visitor violently smashes their head against your door. When the quick time event appears, complete it to drive the Anomaly away from the door.
Roach King
The Roach King is a giant cockroach that appears at your door when you have pizza in the room and asks for some food. Let it inside, and it will eat five slices before leaving; refusing it causes a swarm of normal cockroaches to enter the room.
